Preconference workshops provide participatory learning opportunities to strengthen and broaden your skill set.

The field's rapidly evolving landscape requires professionals to be well-informed and fully engaged on new issues, innovative programs, changing regulations, management challenges, and good practice. Whether you've been in the field for years or are just getting started, NAFSA offers a workshop that may be right for you.

If you are already registered for a workshop and would like to earn an $80 discount by taking attendance at the workshop, contact us to indicate your interest. Please send us your name and the workshop for which you are registered. We need one registrar per workshop; you will only be contacted if the slot has yet to be filled.

Reading the Schedule At-A-Glance
 CEP: Core Education Program Workshops prepare new and experienced professionals to take on more responsibilities with confidence. Examples of areas covered include an introduction to best practices in regulatory issues, intercultural communication skills, and in-depth explorations of job-specific skills.

 CTW: Current Topics Workshops cover topics and skills that are important to international educators today: recent changes, new approaches, and timely content.
